For me, the disadvantage of owning
tiny dollhouses is...
well because they're so tiny.
Why?
Because I have
klutzy "man-hands".
Whenever I reach into one of these tiny treasures,
I inevitably knock something over!
But of course, these houses
were not made for
large-handed
people like me, were they?
large-handed
people like me, were they?
Some day, when I have more space & money, I'd
like to own a large dollhouse, something
in a 1" scale would be convenient!Until that day, here's
yet another tiny house.....
The base measures 9" X 9" and
the house is about 8" high.
It's made of cardboard & wood
and is stamped on the bottom
"Made in Germany" The window frames are
cut out cardboard shapes,
the front door and
windows are lithographed paper. This set of Jaymar
living room furniture is
just the right color & fit!

Excellent size house for the Jaymar furniture. Just perfect! It's made me realize I need a smaller house for mine.
another little cutie, and i adore the pug!!!
Maybe we should swap, some of my 1/12 houses for some of your tiny ones? ;-)
But then, with bigger rooms you just put more in, and so there's more to knock over!
The Jaymar set is perfect with this house, in colour and design as well as size - it goes so well with the roof and the design on the front door! And it looks to be in excellent condition, too - my few bedroom pieces have been knocked or chewed a bit. Still love them - very simple pieces, but the stamped designs make them something special.
Love the color!
Could you resend the email re Gottschalk house. I may have deleted it as spam. My bad... xo CM
